Steve Finden and K.H. Stolen started Dakota County Lumber in 1984 at 100 - 5th Street, Farmington, Minnesota. It was moved to our current location at 28 - 8th Street in the Fall of 1991. Our staff includes 11 employees at the present time, all of which have been with the comany for a minimum of eight years. The average employment duration is 12 years. Dakota County Lumber prides itself with excellent customer service. Our customers are treated as professionals with great respect for the time and effort they put into their businesses.
